Aaron Dorr, from the Missouri Firearms Coalition, joined Marc Cox for a visit on 2A Tuesday. Dorr says politicians are misconstruing the meaning behind the Second Amendment Preservation Act, recently passed in Missouri.
"We've always got a situation in Missouri, where you've got Missourians love freedoms. Missouri cops, the line officers, who actually enforce the laws, they love freedom," says Dorr. "We've always had a political class of department heads and appointed police chiefs, and those kind of folks who, in conjunction with mayors in our liberal cities who've been out-and-out critics of every expansion of gun rights we've done over the last ten years in Jefferson City."
"So of course they're angry about SAPA because SAPA is curtailing their ability to violate our rights by enforcing Joe Biden's gun control," says Dorr.
