Missouri AG Schmitt spearheads lawsuit against Biden admin for massive expansion of Fed regulations

Missouri's attorney general Eric Schmitt filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration over the massive expansion of federal regulations.
Schmitt said the Biden administration is predicting what may happen hundreds of years from now, pull it into modern-day time, monetize off of it, and put it into a bill.
He said the bad policy is looking at the causes of greenhouse gases and evaluating every single thing that is a pollutant, then destroying those things. What the administration forgets to mention is that destroying these things will also destroy jobs and industries, namely agriculture, which is a huge industry in Missouri.
The biggest problem at play is the idea that agencies have an immense amount of power and are able to dictate law. Schmitt says he and other leaders of the GOP are working to put that power back into the legislative branch.
