Eminem is one of the biggest stars in the world, and a star that big always has security around them and inside their homes.
Still, earlier this month someone managed to find out where Marshall Mathers lives and break in while the superstar was inside.
Detroit's hero of 8 Mile Road allegedly came face-to-face with the interloper in his living room.
When and where? Police sources told TMZ the break-in went down earlier this month at around 4 a.m. at his metro Detroit home in a gated community.
The suspect, Matthew David Hughes, is in Macomb County Jail, which presumably means he broke into Eminem's sprawling suburban home in Macomb County, east of Detroit.
Hughes was taken into custody at the scene and booked on charges of first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of a building -- both felonies.
He had allegedly broken in by smashing a kitchen window. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail in Macomb County Jail.
