12 Days of Fitmas at Planet Fitness in Utica

For the 97.1 The Ticket Planet Fitness giveaway enter on-site at Planet Fitness at 45501 Schoenherr Rd, Utica, MI 48315 on Monday, December 9, 2024 between 5:00 pm ET and 7:00 pm ET to obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last). Legibly hand write your first name, last name, daytime phone number (including area code) and check whether or not you are 18 years of age or older and a Michigan Resident on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box.

All entries must be received by 7:00pm ET on Monday, December 9, 2024. Approximately every ten (10) minutes beginning at 5:10pm ET and ending at 7:00pm ET on Monday, December 10, 2024, one (1) winner will be selected in a radio station conducted random drawing of all valid on-site entries received up to the time of such random drawing, for a total of up to twelve (12) winners. The Station will announce the name of each winner onsite immediately following each drawing. The potential winner will have to claim their prize following the initial announcement, pending confirmation of eligibility. If selected winner is not present or fails to come forward after the name is announced three (3) times, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible on-site entries.

Entrants must be present at Planet Fitness at 45501 Schoenherr Rd, Utica, MI 48315 on Monday, December 9, 2024 to enter and win. Open to all persons who are legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older and who reside in the State of Michigan. Up to twelve (12) winners will be selected at the event, one winner will be selected every ten minutes starting at 5:10 p.m. and will choose one (1) of the following prizes per availability courtesy of Planet Fitness. Winners will receive prizes at random.
