About Brent Wilsey | CEO & President
Brent M. Wilsey is a highly regarded investment advisor and a seasoned financial strategist with over 42 years of experience in the finance industry. Wilsey currently owns and operates Wilsey Asset Management, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm with the Securities and Exchange Commission managing hundreds of millions in assets — through which he offers day-to-day investment guidance to both individual investors and corporations. His firm provides only fee-based services, investing clients’ money, and his own, primarily in equities. Brent’s transparent approach to investing includes educating his clients in which he illustrates how to invest in equities, why (if done properly) it is not as risky as people have been led to believe, and how equities offer the best returns over the long run.
Brent currently serves as a guest commentator on KUSI News and One America News Network, discussing the latest news on the economy, company fundamentals, and investment advice. He is also called upon from such names as Business Week and Barron’s being recognized as 1 of top 400 Independent Financial Advisors in the U.S and featured in Forbes Top Advisors in California for 2020 and 2021.

A veteran and an accounting graduate, Wilsey received his MBA degree from National University in 1986. He currently resides in San Diego in the Scripps Ranch area.

Chase has established himself as a highly regarded investment analyst in the San Diego area. He currently serves as the Vice-President of Wilsey Asset Management, an SEC, Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Chase plays a key role in building the WAM client portfolios by applying proven fundamental analysis to company research and asset selection.
For over 5 years, he has also co-hosted the Smart Investing Show with Brent and Chase Wilsey. The show has been heard on San Diego airwaves for over 27 years and is now airing on FM 97.3 The Fan, as well as by Podcast. In addition, Chase serves as a regular financial contributor for Fox 5 San Diego, speaking on a variety of financial and economic topics.
Chase is a student-athlete alumnus of Northern Arizona University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Finance degree. He also earned his MBA from Mississippi State University.
Giving back to the community is also something Chase is passionate about. He serves on the board of the Toby Wells YMCA and coaches high school football at his alma mater, Poway High School. He currently resides in the Carmel Valley area.
