LeBron James is a polarizing guy. He's not someone you have a "meh" feeling about.
Let me get this straight. I am not a LeBron hater. I love watching him play and I think he is GREAT in the movie Trainwreck. I can't wait for LeBron James the actor. I can see him being in some hilarious stuff.
Ok, not the point.
Controversy attracts to LeBron because he is a guy that's bigger than the game. He holds enough power to ask for who he wants on the team. It seems like there is a ton of dysfunction with the Lakers because no one is talking. Or someone is talking too much.
But even after all that, I think it needs to be pointed out when LeBron does something pretty cool.
In a pretty rare move, the Dallas Mavericks traded Harrison Barnes mid game. That almost never happens. I can't imagine what it's like to have a trade announced and not know you are going to be moving from Dallas to Sacramento, while you are playing your heart out for the DALLAS Mavericks. Pretty weak move to me.
Not to mention that I grew up about 40 miles south of Sacramento, and I have been to Dallas on multiple occasions. Dallas is SO much better than Sacramento. He is headed to a whole different universe. I feel bad for him because he has to move to Sacramento. That's the worst part of this whole thing!
Back to LeBron. I think it's cool that he would make a statement for Harrison Barnes. To have the biggest player in the game put it out there that he disagrees with how you were treated, is a pretty big deal. Here's what he said on Instagram.

Number One, I agree with everything that he said.
Number two, it's a little weird to me that the NFL Commissioner couldn't make a statement about the NFC Championship. But LeBron James can make a statement within a couple hours. It's not that hard Mr. Goodell.
My hat's off to you for this LeBreezy.
