The Elite 8 is here already in this March Madness tournament and while most brackets are completely busted to bits, hope is still alive for some (or so I've heard) and there's still plenty to bet on in this round.
Here are some of the best Elite 8 bets on the prevailing teams as we close in on the home stretch of the NCAA tournament.

Houston defeated Arizona and Villanova took down Michigan on Thursday night to continue on in March Madness and Houston is now favored to beat Villanova in this round. And Houston -2.5 is a great bet in this game.
Houston is 25-12 ATS this year and has covered the spread in their last five straight games. And they've covered in their last five as the favorite, while Villanova has only covered their last three straight and only one of their last four games as the underdog. The Cougars are also averaging 75.78 points scored per game and Villanova is averaging 72.8 points scored per game, so I love Houston to cover the spread here.

Arkansas +4 vs. Duke
Arkansas heroically defeated Gonzaga on Thursday to move on to go up against Duke, who beat Texas Tech on Thursday.
Arkansas is 21-15 ATS this season, they're coming off of a covered spread and they've covered three of their last six, while Duke has only covered the spread in one of their last six games. Arkansas has been the underdog six times this season, and they've covered the spread in their last five of those games.
