
The San Diego State Aztecs picked up a sixth consecutive win on Saturday afternoon at Viejas Arena, beating the UNLV 72-61 to improve to 2-0 in Mountain West Conference play and 13-2 overall.
The Aztecs never looked back after building a 25-9 lead in the first half, and led by 10 points at the halftime break.
Jaedon LeDee led all scorers with 20 points and also collected 11 rebounds.
Micah Parrish scored 14 points and hit a pair of three-pointers, while Darrion Trammell contributed with 10 points. The Aztecs shot 46% from the floor as a team.
The Aztecs next play at San Jose State on Tuesday evening. Opening tip is at 8 p.m.
