The San Diego State Aztecs improved to 10-2 in non-conference play with a 74-60 win against Stanford on Thursday evening. It was the Aztecs' third consecutive win.
Lamont Butler scored a game-high 18 points and hit a trio of three-pointers. Jaedon LeDee had 16 points, while Micah Parrish was a third Aztec to score in double figures with 10 points.
The Aztecs shot 45% from the floor and held the Cardinal to just 15% shooting from three-point range. San Diego State forced 15 turnovers and committed only six. The Aztecs' bench outscored the Cardinal 20-10.
San Diego State returns to action at Gonzaga on Friday, Dec. 29. Opening tip is scheduled for 6 p.m.
