Now that Matthew Stafford is making headlines in L.A., so is his wife Kelly. Just not for the right reasons.

While Kelly sounded off and lost her cool a few times during her time in Detroit, never did she go the distance she did while the Rams were playing the 49ers at Levi's Stadium Monday evening.

According to TMZ.com, a 49ers fan sitting behind Kelly was talking trash, presumably about her husband, at which she turned around a threw a soft pretzel at the man:

The witness tells us Levi's Stadium security eventually stepped in ... and escorted Kelly and her crew away from the area to other seats in the venue.

Stafford and the Rams lost to their division rivals 31-10, while Kelly took to social media to issue an apology after another fan called her out for her actions.

"I'm an idiot," Kelly said via Instagram. "He was saying a bunch of things that were aggressive towards our crew but zero excuse. I tried to apologize, but in the end knew I was wrong. Will always stand up for my guy and everyone I love, but obviously needed to do it completely different!"

Kelly continued, "I'm embarrassed too! Sorry you had to witness me in my weak moment!"
