The Tampa Bay Bucs have responded to a taunt directed at legendary quarterback Tom Brady.

Washington star defensive end Chase Young, presently the odds-on favorite to win Defensive Rookie of the Year, made headlines on Sunday when he warned Brady that he was "coming" for the 20-year veteran when their teams face off in the NFC Wild Card Round this weekend.

Brady apparently didn't bother to respond, leaving the rebuttal to head coach Bruce Arians.

Arians, now in his second year at the helm for the Bucs, complimented Young as a "hell of a player" -- but cautioned him about poking the proverbial bear.

"We'll have our hands full," Arians said Monday, "but it's one of those games where you better watch what you wish for."

Washington emerged as the division champion in the muddled NFC East -- with an assist from the Philadelphia Eagles, who benched starting QB Jalen Hurts in the second half of their Week 17 contest in an apparent bid to tank for a more favorable draft position.

Young, the No. 2 overall pick in last spring's draft, notched 7.5 sacks, four forced fumbles -- with one touchdown among three recovered fumbles -- and 10 tackles for a loss in his standout debut campaign.

Brady meanwhile recovered from a midseason slump in which the Bucs dropped three of four games, guiding the team to four consecutive wins to finish 11-5. The future Hall of Famer threw 20 touchdowns with a 110.0 passer rating in the last seven games.
