Illinois wide receiver Josh Imatorbhebhe apparently "out-jumped" the vertical leap measurement tool at the school's pro day workouts on Wednesday.

In a video posted by Illinois Football, a shirtless -- and absolutely ripped -- Imatorbhebhe seems to extend the tips of his fingers beyond the top of the tool, marking what would be a record 46.5-inch leap at the NFL Scouting Combine.

The Combine, one of the league's final events before the start of the pandemic last year, was suspended this year, leaving hundreds of prospects such as Imatorbhebhe to show off their athletic prowess at scores of pro days and other such "unofficial" scouting affairs.

The official vertical-leap record at the NFL Scouting Combine of 46 inches was set by North Carolina Tar Heels defensive back Gerald Sensabaugh back in 2005, according to Pro Football Talk.

Imatorbhebhe, listed at 6'2" and 220 pounds, reeled in 22 catches last season for 297 yards and three touchdowns. The Georgia native, 23 in April, was a 4-star recruit out of high school and transferred to Illinois after one season at USC.

Imatorbhebhe finished his college career with 57 catches for 942 yards and 12 scores, and an average of 16.5 yards per reception.
