(105.3 The Fan) The search is over for a Dallas Stars superfan who was seen watching Game 4 alone in the rain.

Social media helped track down Dave from Fort Worth, who parked himself in Victory Plaza on Wednesday night with a folding chair and only an umbrella to shelter him.

A photo of him quickly spread across Twitter.

Dallas Stars president Brad Alberts said the team is getting in touch with Dave to offer him tickets to Game 6 at home on Sunday.

"We certainly don't want our fans sitting in thunderstorms watching games!" Alberts said. "Obviously, it speaks to his enormous interest and loyalty."

The Stars enter Game 5 on Friday night in St. Louis (8:30 CT) with the series knotted at 2-2. Regardless of how that ends, a Game 6 -- and Dave's tickets -- are guaranteed.
