The Padres announced on Thursday morning that they signed LHP Kyle Hart to a one-year contract with a club option for 2026. The 32 year-old southpaw pitched in the KBO last season for the NC Dinos, registering a 2.69 ERA while leading the league with 182 strikeouts and a 6% walk rate en route to winning the Choi Dong-won Award, which is the KBO's equivalent to the Cy Young Award. Hart will add depth to San Diego's starting rotation.
