The Padres rallied from behind to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 8th to come from behind and beat the Giants 6-4 and sweep their 2-game series in Mexico City. Jake Cronenworth tied the game at 4 with an RBI-single in the bottom of the 8th, and Matt Carpenter put the Padres on top for good with a bloop double to center field that Mike Yastrzemski wasn't able to catch despite a diving effort and the ball hitting his glove. Josh Hader pitched a perfect 9th inning to collect his 10th save of the season. The Padres will return home on Monday for a 6-game homestand against the Reds and Dodgers.
