She's the fliest girl of the fly girls, she's queen of the box office, and in case you forgot, she absolutely crushed it this year in her Super Bowl halftime show performance with Shakira.
While JLo was able to celebrate her fiftieth birthday in style with her "It's My Party" tour, this year because of the pandemic Jenny from the Block has been spending a lot more time at home with the family.
Between at-home baseball games and backyard concerts, the Lopez-Rodriguez crew has managed to stay busy and find fun ways to enjoy each other's company. Here are 8 of our favorite at-home moments from this year.
A new kind of bottle service
Who says you need to go out for dinner and a show? Lopez's son Max showed off his hoverboard skills in the family's backyard when he deftly poured mineral water into a cup while spinning, then took off for a quick dip in the pool.
Baseball lessons from a pro
If you're going to improve your baseball game, turn to an expert. A-Rod used his years of experience to show his family a thing or two about the game, but one of them didn't need much coaching. He wrote that "the only depressing part was watching Jen lock in on her swing and launch one. What can't she do? She even hits better than I do!"
The (almost) newlywed game
Lopez and Rodriguez have had to put their wedding plans on pause (which Lopez said left her "heartbroken") due to the pandemic, but that doesn't mean they can't play an at-home version of "The Newlywed Game," in which they closed their eyes and answered a series of fun questions about their relationship.
Easter egg hunt
Families are trying to find new ways to stick to old traditions during the pandemic, but one that didn't need many changes is a good old-fashioned Easter egg hunt in the backyard! Major kudos to Emme and Ella for going all-in and jumping into the pool to try to win the game.
Enjoying the outdoors
Date night took on a new meaning in May for JLo and A-Rod when they took a little break from the kids for a socially-distant bike ride, complete with matching face masks!
Family workout
Exercise is a family activity at their home in Miami, with the kids joining the adults for a "quaranteam" workout. Rodriguez invited his social media followers to try the workout at home, noting that if people don't have the same equipment, they can always swap household items like soup cans or detergent for the weights.
New member of the family
Though JLo hasn't ruled out having more kids with A-Rod, for now the newest addition to the family has four legs and a wagging tail. That's right, they have a new Goldendoodle puppy!
Backyard concert
She usually sells out arenas, but Lopez recently put on a more intimate concert in her backyard with Rodriguez and the kids as her backing band.
