There’s a new tropical beverage ready to quench your thirst this summer.
Pepsi has launched their latest fruity flavor and it’s Pineapple Pepsi.
After being spotted by Instagram account CandyHunting, People has confirmed the cola brand’s newest offering is currently available exclusively at Walmart.
The news comes after the beverage company previously released a pineapple-flavored Pepsi in Japan last year, but it hasn’t been verified if the US version is using the same recipe.
According to the packaging, fans can expect the iconic Pepsi taste with “a splash of pineapple juice.”
But lovers of Pepsi’s lime-flavored cola may not be happy as the outlet confirmed Pineapple Pepsi would be replacing it moving forward.
Pepsi Lime was introduced last year alongside Pepsi Berry and Pepsi Mango.
In December, the brand also announced they were adding coffee-infused beverages to their list of flavors.
Entitled Pepsi Café, the carbonated java concoction wants to seriously help you get your buzz on as it includes twice the amount of caffeine as a regular Pepsi.
Available in Original and Vanilla flavors, the slim 12-ounce cans hit stores for a limited-time beginning in April.
“At Pepsi, we've known the potential of blending cola and coffee for years and after striking the perfect balance, we cannot wait to introduce Pepsi Café to the US next year," the company said in a statement.
"We are confident that cola fans, iced coffee drinkers and anyone in need of an extra caffeine boost will love the unexpected flavor medley of roasted coffee infused into the refreshing, crisp flavor of Pepsi."
