Songs of the Day!

"Eternal Flame" - The Bangles
The song was inspired by an eternal flame that exists at the gravesite of Elvis Presley in Memphis.  Susanna Hoffs went on a tour of Graceland, saw the eternal flame, and thought it would make a good title for a song!

"Bad Medicine" - Bon Jovi
The music video was shot by giving 250 fans video cameras, with the instruction to shoot the band in concert however they saw fit.  The ten people who shot the best footage actually got to go out on the road with the band.

"Lean On Me" - Club Nouveau
The song ranked #94 in VH1's 100 Greatest One-hit Wonders of the 80s, and it actually won a Grammy award in 1987 for Bill Withers, as the writer, for Best R&B Song!

"Hip To Be Square" - Huey Lewis and the News
The song features NFL Hall of Famers Joe Montana and Ronnie Lott, and Dwight Clark of "The Catch" (all from the San Francisco 49ers) singing backup vocals.
