It is a time of celebration for all graduates walking the stage right now, and we need to give a special shoutout to a UNT grad named Valentine.
Not only did she walk the stage as a 19-year-old COLLEGE graduate, she was joined every step of the way by her service dog "Crush!"
Per NBC DFW, Valentine has dealt with a heart condition her entire life that causes her to lose consciousness, so Crush has played a huge role in her success, so it was only fair to acknowledge the good puppy dog for all that he's done.
And that include his own cap and gown!
Valentine hopes to work in the mental health field saying, "therapy is for everyone. You don't have to struggle alone, and you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help."
Congratulations to Valentine, Crush, and all of our graduates!
