Andrea Sunshine is a 53-year-old grandmother of two who can often spend up to eight hours a day in the gym working out.
And boy, does it show.
Sunshine told the NY Post bare minimum, she works out for three hours a day, starting each session with an hour of cardio before hitting the weights, which she described as visiting "Disneyland".
And Sunshine says men more than half her age constantly ask her out. "People call me a beast," she said, "young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies so I get hit on all the time. There's all kind of ages, there's even some below 25 but most are between 30-35."
And Sunshine has absolutely embraced all of the attention she's getting.
She said, "It doesn't bother me to be called a fitness grandma — I am in my best shape and infinitely health. There is a stigma that with advancing age of women, they should only dedicate themselves to taking care of the home and family."
