It's hard to believe, but there are households across America that do not watch football on Thanksgiving. We know, shocking.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of sports fans who are subjected to such situations, but a survey found a few are not afraid to take every measure to make sure they watch the games on Turkey Day.
A third of Peacock, the NBC streaming service, users admitted in a survey to watching football on their phones during Thanksgiving!
According to PR Newswire, Thanksgiving isn't the only place people sneak away to watch sports on their phone when they're not supposed to. 48% admitted to having done it at a family event, like a kid's birthday party, and 37% have done it at work. We're honestly surprised that figure isn't much, much higher!
The survey found that the two of the most common tactics used to watch football on your phone at Thanksgiving include hiding out in the bathroom, or concealing your phone under the table.
