Get ready to bust out those sweatpants because we are a week away from Thanksgiving, which means an irresponsible amount of food is about to be consumed.

And with Christmas right around the corner, depending on how many friends and family’s houses you go too you might have three or four of these massive dinners under your now way-too-tight belt.

It’s to be expected though; it’s the holidays!

And you won’t be the only one.  According to a study commissioned by Herbalife and conducted by OnePoll, the average American is expected to gain eight pounds this holiday season.  72% of us said they’re planning to enjoy the holidays without worrying about their diet, which is up from 54% last year.

Per SWNS Digital, 66% of people also said they are “postponing” being healthy until 2024, which is also up from last year, when 42% said the same.
