Luka Dončić is a certified superstar across the globe, though he is making a unique kind of impact right here in North Texas: more babies than ever before are being named "Luka" in honor of the Mavericks All-Star.
According to NBC DFW, data from Baylor Scott and White says the amount of babies named after Dončić has grown 400% since he arrived in Dallas.
Dončić himself says knowing that so many babies are being named in honor of him is "a big deal and it's very special."
Luka has seen his popularity amongst NBA fans skyrocket since he entered the league, as currently has the second best-selling jersey in the entire NBA.
