The 16 and 17-year-old ran away from the gas station on foot, because you know they couldn't operate their getaway car, and were arrested by the police shortly afterwards.
Per NBC Washington, both teens were arrested and charged with one count of carjacking and one count of conspiracy carjacking, police said. They are in jail without bond.
