Waco natives Chip and Joanna Gaines have created an empire with their house renovation skills. The couple rose to fame in 2013 with their hit show Fixer Upper on HGTV. They have since grown to have a home decor line sold exclusively at Target, a coffee shop and bakery, and their own television network.
In April, 2020, the duo launched Magnolia Network on the streaming service Discovery+. They soon worked out an agreement to move it to mainstream TV, and the switch was supposed to take place in October, 2020.
