Nothing seemed to bring us all together closer than the Leaning Tower of Dallas.
It eventually became a nationwide phenomenon, and after it finally fell a question began to get asked: Well now what?
For years, we've been promised new development on the property at 75 and Haskell, and now those promises are about to be fulfilled.
Dubbed "The Central," the project is expected to include multiple high-rise buildings all surrounding a central park. Per Dallas News, crews are clearing the area for the first phase of the development: a 351-unit apartment tower to be built by Dallas' StreetLights Residential.
The Central development is also planned to have high-rise office space, a hotel, retail, and restaurants.
