Folks in Union County, Georgia need to spend some time in Texas, because they're experiencing quite the cicada problem, and they have no idea how to handle it.

Union County officials have had to come out and caution residents to no longer call 911 about the loud noises the cicadas make, which they say many people are confusing for alarms.
