If you've traveled through Terminal D at DFW International Airport this month, you may have spotted customer service robots. The CLOi Guidebots rolled around gates D1-D4 to assist passengers in various ways.
The LG-made bots can share flight status updates, recommend concessions, and interact with people using visual and auditory effects. The trial just ended, and the results will be revealed in September.
