A man in Upstate New York arrived at what he thought was the correct house for a party this past Monday evening. Unfortunately, it was not the correct house.
However 33-year-old Joe Olmstead, who wouldn't you believe was intoxicated, INSISTED he was at the right address, and became belligerent when the homeowners told him there was no party at the house.
He refused to leave, and the police were called.
Joe was still at the home, looking for the party, when the police arrived and was administered a field sobriety test, which he failed spectacularly.
His BAC was .23%, almost three times the legal limit, and he was promptly arrested for drunk driving.
Per News 10, Olmstead was released from jail to a third party and is due in court next month.
