Just because you earn a college degree doesn't mean you're ready to enter the workforce.  Employers are finding that out today more than ever.

According to Intelligent.com, one in five employers say they've seen a recent college grad bring their parent to a job interview!

Further than that, employers just don't seem excited to hire any Gen Z applicants.

The survey of 800 U.S. managers and executives found that 38% of employers avoid hiring recent college graduates in favor of older employees, 58% say recent college graduates are unprepared for the workforce, and nearly half of employers have had to fire a recent college graduate.

63% of employers say that recent college grads come off as entitled, that they get offended easily, lack professionalism, don't respond well to feedback, lack work ethic and motivation, and cost too much to train.

Not a ringing endorsement for Gen Z!
