Country singer Eric Church was set to perform in San Antonio this upcoming Saturday, but just four days before the show fans were informed that the show was being postponed.
Instead of performing, Church will be heading to New Orleans to watch his beloved North Carolina take on Duke in their Final Four matchup.
Church wrote in his email to fans, "This is also the most selfish thing I've ever asked the Choir to do: to give up your Saturday night plans with us so that I can have this moment with my family and sports community. However, it's that same type of passion felt by the people who fill the seats at our concerts that makes us want to be part of a crowd at a game of this significance."
Meanwhile, and understandably, fans are NOT happy.
Per KENS 5, the AT&T Center's website confirms the cancellation, adding that everyone who bought a ticket "will be refunded automatically."
It's unclear if the concert will be made up at a later date.
