Tomorrow is the opening day of the State Fair of Texas, a joyous occasion indeed.
No doubt many of you are salivating to get your hands on a delicious Fletcher's Corn Dog, and no doubt plenty of you will smother it in mustard or ketchup.
It's really a dividing line in most households, whether you are Team Mustard or Team Ketchup, though no matter what you choose, you will not be alone.
Concessionaires tell Dallas News that they estimate over two MILLION packets of ketchup will be handed out over the duration of the fair this year, and Fletcher's alone will be responsible for 1,500 gallons of mustard and 800 gallons of ketchup used!
Fletcher's plans to sell more than 500,000 corn dogs this year at the fair.
