A 31-year-old man from St. Petersburg, Florida is facing felony charges after he attacked another patron at a 7-11 convenience store with a jar of Tostitos salsa.
Police say Le'trail Tresalus went into the store and heaved the jar of salsa at another customer, in what police are calling a completely "unprovoked attack." The glass jar broke on the victim's back and according to The Smoking Gun, he suffered a minor laceration and "visible swelling."
Police say that Tresalus also stole a Choco Taco ice cream bar from the store before vacating the premises.
Tresalus was eventually apprehended, and is now facing a felony battery charge, along with theft charges for the Choco Taco.
The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
