We’ve all been in that situation before: “When you gotta go, you gotta go.”
We have to imagine that it’s never been so bad before that you’ve threatened another person with murder.
A 72-year-old man named Alfredo Brindis desperately needed to use the restroom at a Publix grocery store but found the lone stall to be occupied by another man.
Rather than wait patiently, Brindis opted to bang on the stall’s door, and when the other man finally began exiting the stall, Brindis didn’t think he was fast enough and began waving a knife in his face!
The victim used his large bookbag to defend himself against Brandis, and was able to leave the restroom and flag down a police officer working security at the store.
According to Local 10 News, Brindis told the officer “that he really needed to use the restroom and that the victim did not move out of his way, so he took out a knife.”
Nobody was hurt in the incident, and Brindis was arrested and is facing a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
