Recent court documents read that Haak "intentionally committed an act of lewd, indecent and obscene exposure of his genitals in a public place" on the August 10 flight.

According to the NY Post, authorities do not know what Haak's intentions were by exposing himself, and any other lewd acts he may have committed while piloting the plane.

Haak quit the airline before Southwest could fire him. He is also facing charges of committing a lewd act.
