Our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning comes from the world of Hollywood, and a few celebrities who have some interesting opinions on the sleeping arrangements with their children.
Actress Alicia Silverstone recently revealed that even though he's 11-years-old, she still shares a bed with her son.
Silverstone said on The Ellen Fisher Podcast per Upworthy, "I'm a natural mama, and I'm a loving mama. I believe in love, I believe in nature, and our society is scared of nature and love."
And Silverstone isn't the only parent who's had a similar situation with their children.
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard recently revealed that their daughters, 9 and 7, recently "graduated" to sleeping in their own rooms.
Which brings us to our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning: At what point do your kids need to start sleeping in their own beds? How long is too long?
Or as a parent, are you allowed to make that decision, and if you want your kid to sleep in your bed until they graduate high school than so be it.
