Last year, an unnamed person purchased $8,000 worth of Shiba Inu, a cryptocurrency that was created as a joke and parody of the popular Dogecoin.
Well this week, the joke took a serious turn as Shiba Inu tripled in value, and that $8,000 investment from last August turned into $6 BILLION! Unfortunately, the person can't access the funds because they may have lost the password.
The wallet containing the Shiba Inu has been inactive for the past 200 days according to BroBible, which the website deduces into three possible explanations:
1 - The investor has serious confidence in the Shiba Inu's continued growth and is choosing to continue to ride the mark
2 - He or she lost his or her password/keys to the wallet and can not access his or her profits.
3 - He or she is dead.
Always write down your passwords, people!
