If you haven't seen Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, add that to your weekend watchlist. It's an animated movie with a more modern twist on the iconic comic. Rather than the traditional Peter Parker, this version's title character is a biracial student named Miles Morales.
The sequel will feature many of the original cast members: Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, etc. On Friday, news came out that "Insecure" star Issa Rae might play Jessica Drew aka: Spider-Woman. The sequel premiers October 7, 2022.
