John Goodman turned 71 today, and we gather you would hardly be able to recognize the actors thanks to his incredible weight loss!
After years of health problems, Goodman quit drinking and started focusing on his health in 2007. All those years of work have paid off, as Goodman flaunted his new, svelte physique at the Monte Carlo TV Festival earlier this week.
Goodman walked the red carpet at the 62nd Monte-Carlo TV festival earlier this week, showing off his incredible 200-pound weight loss!
Goodman told People magazine in 2010 that he lost 100 pounds after cutting out alcohol, hiring a health coach, giving up sugar, and working out six days a week. He said at the time, "It takes a lot of creative energy to sit on your ass and figure out what you're going to eat next … I wanted to live life better."
Per CNN, Goodman served as jury president this year for the Monte-Carlo TV festival.
