49-year-old Kelly Elkins was refused service at a Florida bar this past Friday because she already had a little bit too much to drink.
According to The Smoking Gun, upon being denied service, Elkins immediately went into the women's restroom, and then emerged "unclothed and completely naked."
According to the arrest report, Elkins refused the bar manager's requests to get dressed, and thus the cops were called.
Upon their request to get dressed, Elkins only managed to put on a hoodie, which she didn't zip up, and nothing else. She told the police that she was too "tired" to put on pants.
Elkins was booked in a local jail on charges of disorderly conduct and was released under her own recognizance.
It won't be too hard for her to find counsel because guess what, she's a lawyer! Only in Florida.
