Police in Knoxville, Tennessee responded to calls from a business plaza after receiving reports of a man disturbing the public.
Apparently, the man was stretching in the middle of the plaza…in front of God and everybody…completely naked.
When police attempted to arrest 60-year-old Harrison Perry, he took off running. However, officers were able to catch up and arrest him before he escaped.
Although the businesses were closed, Perry was said to be visible from Kingston Pike and was near another plaza where others stores and restaurants were open
Police said in the report that there were multiple citizens in the area at the time of the incident.
Per WVLT, Perry was charged and transported to the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility.
