A ton of focus has been geared as of late to finding alternatives to plastic straws. A lot of folks think they are bad for the environment, so we've seen a rise in the use of paper, bamboo, and even metal straws.
We can't be certain, but we don't think this particular straw will catch on with the rest of society.
A man has gone viral after video captured him at a recent New York Yankees game hollowing out a hot dog, sticking it directly into his beer, and using THAT as a straw for his drink.
People, of course, were grossed out.
Per Today, one person wrote, "I wish there was a way to go back in time and not watch this." Another added, "That's one of the most American things I've ever seen."
However, the reaction to the delicacy was believe it or not mixed.
