A man in South Korea was recently ordered to pay his ex-girlfriend 1.5 million won ($1,150) after he damaged her Louis Vuitton handbag.
And what kind of damage did this man inflict on the bag? He only peed in it.
Apparently while the couple was still dating, they got in a little tiff back in October over how much money the woman was spending and the amount of debt she was racking up.
Obviously, the Louis was a point of contention for the dude, because he walked right into the bedroom, grabbed it, opened it up, and peed in it.
He told the authorities that he "pretended" to urinate in the bag for shock value, but investigators found that liquid detergent was poured in the bag to cover the urine that was ALSO in the bag. And not to mention the urine matched the dude's DNA.
As such, Judge Park Hye-rim of the Seoul Central District Court ordered the man to pay 1.5 million won ($1,150) as compensation for the ruined bag.
Per Oddity Central, Judge Park Hye-rim said that he has opted for a more lenient punishment because this was the accused's first offense.
