Scott Taylor is the ultimate Florida man.
The 37-year-old was recently apprehended by Titusville, Florida police after he set fire to the street in front of his neighbor's house around 2:00 A.M. last Thursday morning.
Further, when police arrived at the scene, Taylor was out on his porch holding a sword and chugging from a half-gallon of Captain Morgan, even while the police tried to talk to him.
Taylor did drop the sword, and the knife that was in his waistband, but he couldn't explain to the cops why he started the fire. However, turns out he's been cited for illegal burns five other times in the past six months, so he was arrested.
Once Taylor was taken to jail, he intentionally broke a sprinkler and flooded his holding cell! According to WFLA, he's facing charges of reckless burning of lands, and felony criminal mischief.
