Last Thursday morning, before sitting down for a nice Thanksgiving meal, 78-year-old Robert Dvorak went to the gym to get a last minute pump in.
Hey, not a bad idea to burn a few extra calories before drowning yourself in turkey and stuffing, right?
Well Dvorak wanted to use one specific machine, though two women were already working out on it, and Dvorak got tired of waiting.
While one of them was still using the machine, Dvorak walked over and SAT on top of her so he could start using it! When the other sister stepped in to help, Dvorak pushed her away so he could continue his workout.
The police were called, and when witnesses confirmed Dvorak was the aggressor, he was arrested and taken to jail.
According to WFLA, the 78-year-old is facing charges for simple battery.
