Our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning comes from a man named John who is feeling a little uncomfortable at work.
Apparently, his boss is using him as a gauge for which of his coworkers needs to be fired.
Evidently, his boss has taken to asking John his opinion of his coworkers, and so far, TWO people who he's given "less than stellar" evaluations of have lost their jobs!
John had no idea they'd be fired, and obviously now he wants to stop giving his opinion on his coworkers for fear of anyone else losing their jobs.
The only problem is, John feels that if he tells his boss how he truly feels, then he'd be next!
