Back in 2013, a man from the southern Wales city of Newport accidentally thew away a hard drive containing 8,000 bitcoins.
Today, that hard drive is worth an estimated $175 million, so you can imagine he'll do everything he can to find it.
So what is James Howells planning to do to try and recover this missing hard drive?
He's petitioned to Newport's city council to utilize the use of Boston Dynamics' robot dogs to dig through the landfill he believes the hard drive to be located.
The estimated cost to excavate the landfill and sort through 110,000 pounds of trash, which Howells believes would take three years? $11 MILLION!
Unfortunately for Howells, the Newport city council do not approve of his plan as digging up the landfill poses "significant ecological risk."
Howells is pushing forward, however, telling Insider that he met with his local member of Parliament and is weighing legal arguments.
"We do not want to damage the environment in any way," he said. "If anything, we want to leave everything in a better condition."
