He wants to spend more time with his family, and for that reason, he is out.

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban announced yesterday that after appearing on the show for 10 seasons, he is leaving the ABC reality series Shark Tank.

Cuban shared on the podcast All The Smoke, "This is our 15th year, and next year, our 16th year, is gonna be my last year.  So I got one more year to go."

Cuban said in a statement to WFAA that he wishes to spend more time with his family.

"Just to spend more time with my kids," he said. "They are 14, 17 and 20.  I want to be able to spend summers with them before they are on their own."

The 15th season of Shark Tank began September 29th.
