A man named Josiah Vargas swung by his local McDonald's for a quick breakfast, and definitely got more than he bargained for.
In fact, he got a LOT more.
Along with his Sausage McMuffin, Vargas got a bag…stuffed with thousands of dollars in cash! Apparently, one of the employees accidentally handed Vargas the restaurant's bank deposit along with his meal.
Vargas asked in a TikTok of the incident "Why would you guys do this to me? Do you know how bad I want this money?," before walking into the restaurant and returning the cash, much to the relief of the employees working.
"They were just all hugging me and thanking me and crying, and I get free McDonald's for a month, I guess," Vargas said in the video.
He also claimed the restaurant gave him a $200 gift card.
