Season one of Deep-Fried Dynasty debuted on A&E last night, and you might have seen some familiar faces. You definitely saw some familiar food. The new reality show is about the concessionaires at State Fair of Texas.
The program takes us behind-the-scenes of how some of these concoctions are created, how much preparation goes into to getting ready for the State Fair, and how stressful it can be on family-owned businesses.
